This TYGA designed full race system has been designed with no compromises and maximum power in mind. This system is a necessity if you need to squeeze every drop of horse power from your Ninja ZX-4R(R).

Manufactured from TIG welded stainless steel sections throughout, with all joints secured by springs, for that ‘factory’ look and feel. The system fits the 2023 up to present Ninja ZX-4R(R).

For unsurpassed looks, sound and performance, this system is fitted with a round stainless silencer, with carbon end cap.

Flashing the ECU on this Ninja is a very common modification, and recommended for maximum power.

See dyno graph to compare the EXPS-1167 system against OEM. A nice clean gain of 8hp!

Our system also allows you to choose between either the standard M12 lambda sensor or any M18 wideband sensor, such as those used for ECU tuning, by way of a sensor adapter that fits to the M18 sensor bung welded to the TYGA tail pipe.

If you need further reason to purchase this product, this exhaust is considerably lighter than the stock system. Weighing in at only 5.2 kgs (including the silencer), compared to full OEM at 9kg.
