Hand welded from stainless steel, this is a direct slip on to the standard ZX-4R headers. Just remove the stock silencer and exhaust cover and fit the TYGA silencer and BPCC-7156 carbon exhaust cover.

Std exhaust system vs the EXPY-0166 Mesh, bolted on with no ECU adjustments gives a 3 HP increase in power

The Mesh silencer set offers also a huge weight saving over the stock silencer.

• EXPS-0166:    0.49kg (including BPCC-7156 Exhaust Guard, Carbon, NinjaZX-4R(R)

This product was made with no noise regulations in mind and is incredibly loud! Recommended for static display only.
