CNC machined aluminium PAIR/AIS blanking cover for your Ninja ZX-4R(R).

Allows you to block off the Air Induction System (AIS) on your Ninja ZX4-R(R)

The AIS helps to ignite unburnt fuel in the exhaust system, thus reducing emission.

However, the AIS can cause issues when trying to set up an aftermarket exhaust, such as the TYGA EXPS-1167 Race System as the extra air in the exhaust system can cause false reading on Lambda sensors, and can also ‘pop and bang’ on deceleration.

This set helps to eliminate these issue.

Includes all the parts you need to block off the AIS inlets and also blank off the outlet from the airbox.

Fitting Instructions

If you are removing the PAIR/AIS system (or EVAP system) completely then you will need to trick the ECU so that you don’t get error codes.
