Triple Clamp Set, 3D, CNC Silver, CBR600RR Forks to fit CBR250RR MC22

CNC machined TYGA triple clamp set for the CBR250RR MC22 to take 48 mm / 53 mm diameter CBR600RR forks. (For later model CBR600RR which use 54 mm forks on the lower clamp, please request this in the order comment box)

Designed and machined in-house by TYGA from aircraft spec 6061-T6 alloy. FEA tested and developed for increased strength without unnecessary weight increase.

They are delivered ready to fit with all necessary bearings and lower seal, and even an aluminium top clamp nut and special steering stopper, to complete the transformation.

Note this is a race triple clamp set and there is no provision for ignition lock or steering lock The ignition lock has to be be relocated

Tightening recommendations:

• Lower clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
• Top clamp pinch bolts: 23Nm.
